How MedsCheck for Long-Term Care
Can Improve Medication Management in Long-Term Care Homes

MedsCheck for LTC is a new and valuable program in Ontario. It is designed to support the work of healthcare practitioners in their care of residents, specifically relating to their medication responsibilities and the role of the pharmacist in that regard. This one hour webinar will inform you on how to access and benefit from this program.

  • What is Ontario‘s MedsCheck Program including the MedsCheck for LTC?
  • What are the benefits of the MedsCheck program to LTC homes staff and residents?
  • How does the MedsCheck for LTC improve the medication management for residents in LTC?
