Presenter
Amanda Chen BSc, BScPhm, ACPR, PharmD
Amanda Chen holds a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Toronto, and is an alumni of the University of British Columbia's Pharmacy Residency program. She has practiced in Vancouver and Toronto as a clinical pharmacist, and also serves as a Medication Safety Consultant at the Institute for Safe Medication Practices Canada. Her interests lie in medication incident reporting analyses as well as education on patient safety. Amanda has disseminated her work through publications, guest lecturing at the University of Toronto-s Entry to Practice PharmD program, as well as an online continuing education and training video with ISMP Canada-s Community Pharmacy Incident Reporting (CPhIR) program.

We are located in the Procter & Gamble Building - 4711 Yonge Street - North of the 401 on the East side of Yonge Street, South of Sheppard Avenue.
