June 29, 2017: Health Canada Seeking Feedback on Mandatory Reporting of Serious Adverse Drug Reactions and Medical Device Incidents
In late June 2017, Health Canada released the consultation paper "Mandatory Reporting of Serious Adverse Drug Reactions and Medical Device Incidents by Health Care Institutions" in support of the Protecting Canadians from Unsafe Drugs Act (Vanessa's Law).
