The Institute for Safe Medication Practices Canada (ISMP Canada) is working in a Joint Venture with Health Standards Organization (HSO) and the Canadian Patient Safety Institute (CPSI) to assist Health Canada with outreach, education and feedback to support implementation of The Protecting Canadians from Unsafe Drugs Act, or Vanessa's Law.
