ISMP Canada NewsNov 11, 2021: USA NAN Alert: Mix-Ups With COVID-19 and Influenza VaccinesA recently released NAN Alert in the US shared numerous reports of inadvertent mix-ups between COVID-19 and influenza vaccines occurring in community/ambulatory pharmacies.
