June 16, 2011: News Release - CMIRPS Web site has been officially launched
Toronto, Canada – ISMP Canada is pleased to announce that CMIRPS Web site has been officially launched (www.cmirps-scdpim.ca).This new Web site is now available with information on the Canadian Medication Incident Reporting and Prevention System (CMIRPS), a collaborative program to reduce and prevent harmful medication incidents in Canada.
Health Canada, the Canadian Institute for Health Information (CIHI), the Institute for Safe Medication Practices Canada (ISMP Canada) and the Canadian Patient Safety Institute (CPSI) are partnering to contribute information, tools and expertise in the prevention of harmful medication incidents.
