Analyze-ERR Program Updates

The Analyze-ERR software program is continually being upgraded and enhanced. Major versions are regularly distributed to our users via encrypted downloads. Minor releases (with the executable file only) can be downloaded from this page.

To use the update file, simply unzip it and replace the existing Analyze-ERR.exe file with the new one. Please make a back up copy of your database on a regular basis.

Mar. 2005	2.7	The following features are added to version 2.7: A revision history feature that records changes to incident records has been added. The definitions of Hospital Type and Nursing Unit Type have been expanded. Mandatory fields are easier to identify. Minor bug fixes.
		To upgrade from version 2.7 to version 3.8 a new installation is needed. Please contact info@ismp-canada.org for a single or multi-user installation download.
Jan. 2008	3.8	This is a maintenance release for users with version 3.0 or above installed. It is not compatible with version 2.7. Download Canadian Multi-User executable update version 3.8 Download Canadian Single-User exacutable update version 3.8 Users can opt to receive an email notice when errors with harm/death are entered. Reporters can no longer print the current medication incident. Reporters' password bug fixed. The stand alone version back up bug fixed. Birthdate bug fixed. Please make sure you download and replace the correct version.


		The versions below are for users outside of Canada. Data submission is turned off in these versions: Download International Multi-User executable update version 3.8 Download International Single-User executable update version 3.8
