The Safety Alerts as Drivers for Pharmaceutical Opinion Program is a pilot research study. This study aims to examine the effects of utilizing evidence-based drug-drug interactions that are not widely documented in tertiary drug information resources for the prevention of potential adverse events.



Assessing & Communicating Risk of QT Prolongation

With support from the Canadian Society of Hospital Pharmacists (CSHP) Foundation Education Grant, ISMP Canada developed ToolQit - an evidence based communication and decision-guiding tool for pharmacists to evaluate the complexities of QT prolongation.
